Software for stone shops
Alzirra brings jobs, estimates, schedule and slab inventory into a single system built with the shop floor, not for it.

The problem
Estimates live in spreadsheets, notebooks, and someone's memory.
Slabs get double-sold because inventory isn't in one place.
Crews show up to the wrong job — or two crews to the same one.
Invoices go out late. Payments come in later.
The story
My parents own a granite countertop shop in Oviedo, Florida. For years I watched my mom run the whole operation from a notebook, a phone, and three different spreadsheets — because none of the software built for "contractors" actually fit a stone shop.
I'm an engineer at Google. I started building Alzirra as a weekend project to help her, and it turned into the thing every fabricator I talked to said they'd been waiting for: one board where a job flows from slab to invoice, without living in someone's head.
Alzirra is being built with a real shop, in production, every day.
Proof

Instant estimate — line items, slab selection, multi-scenario pricing.

Crew view on mobile — who's where, what's next.
"I used to reprice every job three times. Now I hit send in ten minutes and it's right."
"It finally works the way a shop actually works. Not the way an accountant thinks it works."
What it does
Lead through install on one board. Multi-scenario estimates built in.
Generate and send in minutes. Track what's paid — and what isn't.
Snap a photo of a kitchen or bathroom, get a rough estimate in seconds.
Coming this fallWho's where, what's next. No double-booking, no missed installs.
Track material from purchase to installed job.
On the roadmapThe ask
We're looking for one or two shops to run the full system for 90 days, free, in exchange for your honest feedback — and if it works for you, first access to everything we build next.
No commitment. No cost. Just real feedback from people who actually run a shop.
